Our story
Eat With Fish was born out of my love of food and creating something special with beautiful produce. I approach the familiar flavours from home from a perspective that hopefully you’ve not seen before. It’s a melting pot, an amalgamated mix and match of origins, and the result - a borderless approach to cooking.
From the memories of growing up with Vietnamese grandparents, to singing at noraebang after a Korean feast with my best friends and the daily exposure to the vibrant flavours of the bustling streets of Thonglor where Japanese foods were abundant - I hope to encapsulate that experience through food.
While my love for cooking really had my foodie family to thank. I trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine prior to joining the amazing Theo Randall where I truly learned to cook from the heart.
